Dr Carroll graduated with her medical degree from the University of New South Wales in 2013. Following her graduation, she completed her comprehensive hospital training in Newcastle, which included a specialised year focused on paediatric medicine. To further her expertise in this area, she also obtained a postgraduate Diploma in Child Health. Her solid academic foundation and rigorous clinical training have equipped her with the skills necessary to manage a diverse range of medical conditions.

In her daily practice, Dr Carroll has developed strong clinical interests in paediatric medicine and women's health. She is passionate about supporting women through various life stages and providing comprehensive care for children, from infancy through to adolescence. Believing in the power of preventative medicine, she works collaboratively with her patients to develop tailored health plans that promote long-term wellness. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through hiking, Pilates, and spending time at the beach.
