Dr Emily Kuan

Dr Emily Kuan is a dedicated and highly experienced General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with a strong focus on promoting continuity of care and preventative medicine. Her reassuring and professional approach ensures that patients of all ages receive personalised healthcare tailored to their individual needs.

Throughout her clinical career, Dr Kuan has developed key clinical interests in women's health, mental health, and chronic disease management. Her expertise in women's health encompasses a wide range of areas, including pregnancy, menopause, menstrual disorders, urinary tract infections (UTIs), osteoporosis, and osteoarthritis. She is also highly skilled in managing complex chronic conditions and supporting patients through mental health challenges, ensuring a holistic approach to their overall well-being.

Dr Kuan obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of New South Wales, qualifying in 1991. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Demonstrating her commitment to the medical profession and the training of future doctors, she has also served as a Senior Examiner with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
