Dr Ellen Conway

Dr Ellen Conway is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care. She believes in the importance of continuity of care and building strong, trusting relationships with individuals and families. Dr Conway enjoys treating patients of all ages and managing a diverse range of medical conditions, from acute illnesses to complex chronic diseases. Her reassuring and professional approach ensures that patients feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.

With a strong focus on family medicine, Dr Conway has developed particular clinical interests in women's health, mental health, and preventative health. She is highly passionate about children's health, providing comprehensive care for paediatric patients from the newborn stage through to adolescence. Her holistic approach to General Practice allows her to address both the physical and emotional well-being of her patients, helping them achieve long-term health outcomes.

Dr Conway began her medical journey by completing a Bachelor of Medical Science. She then went on to study medicine through the Graduate Medical Programme at the University of Sydney, qualifying as a medical doctor in 2004. Following her graduation, she gained extensive clinical experience training at various hospitals across Sydney, as well as spending time in rural areas for mental health and General Practice training. In 2006, she served as a Senior Resident Medical Officer at a major children's hospital in Westmead, with a secondment to a leading tertiary hospital for neonatal and newborn care. During this period, she also obtained a Diploma of Child Health. Dr Conway completed her General Practice fellowship in 2008 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
