Dr Dylan Wynne

Dr. Dylan Wynne is a consultant cardiologist with expertise in Interventional Cardiology. He completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney in 2003 and pursued his PhD in Cardiology at the Imperial College, University of London.

His clinical interests encompass coronary angiography, percutaneous coronary intervention (angioplasty and stenting), structural heart interventions including transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), and general cardiology management. Dr. Wynne has a particular focus on minimally invasive technologies for structural heart diseases, including atrial appendage occlusion and correction of congenital cardiac lesions.

Dr. Wynne actively contributes to ongoing research and education in cardiology. He has presented at numerous national and international conferences and has contributed to publications in peer-reviewed journals. His research interests include acute coronary syndromes, coronary artery disease management, and advancements in interventional cardiology techniques.

Alongside his clinical role, Dr. Wynne is dedicated to teaching and training junior doctors and medical students, nurturing future cardiologists. He maintains professional memberships with prestigious cardiology societies such as the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSANZ) and the European Society of Cardiology (ESC).
