Dr. Devesh Kaushal is a skilled Specialist General Surgeon with specialised expertise in Upper-GI, Weight Loss, and Colorectal Surgery. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (FRACS).

Dr. Kaushal completed his surgical registrar training in various regions across New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), and the Northern Territory (NT) within the public hospital system. Subsequently, he pursued additional sub-specialised training in the United Kingdom (UK), where he completed an Upper-GI Surgical Fellowship at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust in the West Midlands.

With over 15 years of experience in gastrointestinal surgery at the highest level, Dr. Kaushal has dedicated his practice to weight loss surgery, particularly focusing on the gastric sleeve operation. 

Dr. Kaushal is fully accredited in diagnostic endoscopy, proficient in performing gastroscopy and colonoscopy, and is adept at conducting cutting-edge endoscopic procedures. His training in the UK, under internationally renowned luminary general surgeons, equipped him with essential skills in minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures for acid reflux, hernias, and weight loss.
