Dr David Cross

Dr David Cross is a highly dedicated and compassionate Cardiologist who is committed to providing comprehensive cardiovascular care. With a patient-centred approach, he focuses on delivering personalised treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual. Dr Cross is passionate about helping patients manage their heart health and improve their overall quality of life through evidence-based medical practices.

Throughout his career, Dr Cross has developed special clinical interests in heart failure, the management of lipid disorders, and echocardiography. He is also highly skilled in performing coronary angiography, cardiac catheterisation, and managing pulmonary hypertension. His clinical expertise is complemented by a strong commitment to cardiovascular research, particularly clinical trials, where he has served as a Principal Investigator to help bring advanced cardiac therapies to his patients.

Dr Cross obtained his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and subsequently completed his specialist training in Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and holds professional memberships as a Fellow of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand (FCSANZ) and a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC). Additionally, he is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), reflecting his dedication to professional leadership and clinical governance.
