Reception staff so kind and able to answer any queries . Simran greets you with calm and ease. Her expertise is commendable, her instructions/ explanations of the process were clear.
Doctor was extremely dismissive and eager to get me out of the door. Avoided answering questions about drug interactions to try and rush appointment through. Did not let me finish communicating symptoms and current meds before talking over me. Told me I must be wrong about diagnoses from other doctors, didn't believe me about my own health. Had not reviewed results sent through prior to appointment. Spoke over me consistently. List of other patient's details (names, DOBs) visible on desk during appointment- privacy concerns? By the end of the appointment he was speaking almost exclusively to my partner instead of me. I felt treated stupid. Ashtray right at front door, front room smelt like smoke. Reception were helpful
All staff involved in having my ECG and Echo were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
I have given the highest rating I could as I experienced the utmost care and professionalism by Joey, Cemile and Nudrat They helped me calm my nerves going into my stress echo and explained all the steps along the way. It was daunting having to come to heartscope but I'm really appreciative that I did and thankful to all the staff here. Keep up the great work it's really appreciated.
A clinic that enjoys respect, high performance, good treatment, smiling faces, and no delays. They truly deserve all respect and appreciation.
