Mrs Daniela Benea

Daniela Benea is a registered psychologist. They aim to provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space for clients to feel heard and understood. Their approach to therapy is client-centred and collaborative, working together to develop individualised treatment plans. They draw upon evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
