Dr Daniel Polya is a highly accomplished Ophthalmologist, Vitreoretinal Surgeon, and Medical Retina Specialist who provides expert care for a wide range of complex eye conditions. As a dual-trained Specialist, Dr Polya possesses extensive expertise in both vitreoretinal surgery and medical retina treatments. His clinical interests encompass the management of retinal detachments, macular holes, epiretinal membranes, and vitreous haemorrhages using advanced small-gauge vitrectomy techniques. Additionally, he specialises in cataract and refractive cataract surgery, presbyopia treatments, and intraocular lens exchanges. For medical retinal conditions, Dr Polya provides comprehensive care, including intravitreal injections and retinal laser therapies for macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, macular oedema, and uveitis.
