Chris went out of his way to see me before my procedure. Made sure that I knew what was going to happen. Made me feel confident in theatre and made a visit to me in recovery.

Post op info from Chris was good, only was wanting to know if pathology results were available when received. Rang his rooms about this and there was confusion about results and if I wanted a follow-up appointment which wasn't requested by Chris. I left this as I decided to follow-up with my GP.

Dr Mills was excellent as usual. He apologised that we weren’t at Maryvale but reassured me that it was the same team. I was very stressed and cold after such a long wait in a cold waiting room.
