Dr Bill Oberdan

Dr Bill Oberdan is a highly qualified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centred care. Dr Oberdan began his extensive academic journey by earning his medical degree from the University of Adelaide in 1996. Following his internship, he completed postgraduate training in a basic general surgical training programme. Driven by a passion for reconstructive and corrective facial surgery, he returned to study dentistry at the University of Adelaide Dental School. He then undertook rigorous specialty training with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, qualifying as a Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in 2011. To further refine his expertise, Dr Oberdan completed advanced training in dental implantology through the Global Institute of Dental Education and the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating at the top of his class.

In his clinical practice, Dr Oberdan focuses on a comprehensive range of oral and maxillofacial procedures. His primary areas of interest include wisdom teeth surgery, dental implant surgery, and associated bone grafting procedures. He is also highly skilled in corrective jaw surgery, facial fracture reconstruction, and the surgical management of obstructive sleep apnoea.
