Dr Webb-Pullman graduated from The University of Queensland in 2001, earning her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. Her early medical career involved gaining diverse clinical experience through hospital work across Queensland and the United Kingdom. She went on to obtain her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in the Northern Territory in 2009. Before relocating to Melbourne, she spent several years practising as a General Practitioner in her home country of New Zealand.
