Dr Bhaveshkumar Dhamsania

Dr Bhaveshkumar Dhamsania is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families. He has a diverse clinical background, having spent a significant period working within the Emergency Department before transitioning into general practice. Dr Dhamsania is committed to delivering high-quality primary healthcare, focusing on building long-term relationships with his patients to support their ongoing health and wellbeing.

Dr Dhamsania completed his medical studies in India, obtaining his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, before relocating to Australia in 2007. He is a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM). To further expand his clinical expertise, he has also earned a Diploma in Child Health and a Diploma in Dermatology, and has completed advanced training in skin surgery.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Dhamsania is deeply involved in medical education and regional healthcare leadership. He serves as a Principal Specialty Supervisor, teaching medical students, and has held key roles such as Deputy Chair of the Clinical Council and General Practice Liaison Officer within the Primary Health Network. His clinical interests include chronic disease management, diabetes care, and skin health, and he is particularly recognised for his expertise in performing thorough full-body skin checks and managing complex skin cancers.
