Dr Aung Ko Ko is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Throughout his career, Dr Ko has developed a broad range of clinical interests within general practice. He is particularly passionate about chronic disease management, mental health, and women's and children's health. Additionally, he has a strong focus on skin cancer medicine, offering thorough full-body skin checks using dermoscopy to identify concerning spots early. His expertise extends to both surgical and non-surgical treatments of skin cancer, including precise procedures such as skin biopsies, skin flaps, and skin grafts to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Dr Ko graduated from the University of Medicine 2 in Yangon, Myanmar, earning his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with distinctions in Medicine, Obstetrics, and Gynaecology. He subsequently completed a Diploma in Child Health in 2014. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, he obtained his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2016. To further his expertise in dermatological care, he also completed a Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine in 2017 and a professional certificate in dermatology in 2021.
