Dr Atul Sehgal is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-focused care. He is committed to supporting the health and well-being of individuals and families through an attentive and approachable manner. With a broad clinical background, Dr Sehgal is highly confident in managing a diverse range of health concerns, ensuring that each patient receives thorough and personalised medical attention.

Before transitioning into General Practice, Dr Sehgal built a robust foundation across multiple medical fields. He initially trained in General Surgery and was pursuing a career as a Paediatric Surgeon before relocating to Australia. Since then, he has gained extensive experience working in both rural and tertiary hospitals. His diverse clinical journey spans key areas including Emergency Medicine, Mental Health, Child Health, Internal Medicine, and Cardiology, which greatly enhances his holistic approach to family medicine.

Dr Sehgal earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in India, subsequently completing postgraduate training in General Surgery in South Africa. He holds professional fellowships as a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM). These qualifications reflect his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence in both urban and remote healthcare settings.
