Dr Anthony Crombie

Dr Anthony Crombie is a highly qualified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who provides comprehensive specialist care. He is dedicated to ensuring that every patient fully understands their treatment options, combining technical precision with a compassionate, patient-centred approach. His practice encompasses a broad range of surgical interventions, from routine dentoalveolar procedures to complex reconstructive surgeries, all delivered with the utmost attention to patient comfort and safety.

Dr Crombie completed his dual degrees in dentistry and medicine at the University of Queensland, graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in 2006. He also holds a Master of Philosophy from the same institution. He completed his specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery through a regional training programme, followed by advanced post-fellowship training both locally and internationally. Dr Crombie is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Throughout his career, Dr Crombie has gained extensive experience in managing diverse conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and neck. His clinical interests include the assessment and removal of impacted wisdom teeth, dental implantology, and bone grafting. He is also highly skilled in corrective jaw surgery, the treatment of facial trauma, and the management of temporomandibular joint dysfunction. Additionally, he has a strong focus on oral pathology and facial skin cancer surgery, providing precise surgical removal and aesthetic reconstruction.
