Dr Annette Lim

Associate Professor Annette Lim is a Consultant Medical Oncologist and Clinician Researcher. They are passionate about improving outcomes for cancer patients through excellence and compassion in clinical care, combined with collaborative multidisciplinary clinical and translational research. Associate Professor Lim is one of few head and neck cancer sub-specialised Medical Oncologists with a laboratory-based PhD.

Associate Professor Lim obtained their medical degree from the University of Western Australia. They are a member of the Head and Neck and Skin Working Party for the Trans-Tasman Radiation Oncology Group and is a member of the Head and Neck Cancer International Group Protocols and Guidelines committee.

As a clinician-researcher, Associate Professor Lim leads several phase I-III clinical trials, notably advancing therapeutic strategies for head and neck cancers and non-melanoma skin cancer.
