Dr Andrew McAlister is a compassionate and dedicated General Practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care. He completed his medical education at the University of Queensland, graduating in 2008. Before transitioning into General Practice, Dr McAlister accumulated diverse clinical experience by working in several hospitals across Australia. During this time, he developed foundational skills in Orthopaedic Surgery, General Surgery, and Emergency Medicine. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, reflecting his high standards of clinical practice and dedication to the profession.

In his clinical practice, Dr McAlister focuses on a broad range of general medicine presentations, with a particular interest in skin cancer diagnosis and surgical management. He is highly skilled in performing minor operations and surgical procedures within the clinic. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through weightlifting, karate, and kickboxing, which he often participates in alongside his wife and four children.
