Dr Amal Ibrahim

Dr Amal Ibrahim is a dedicated and highly experienced General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a compassionate approach to medicine, she focuses on delivering holistic healthcare solutions tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Throughout her career, she has worked across various sectors of the public health system, including military health services and major public hospitals, which has equipped her with a broad and versatile clinical skillset.

Dr Ibrahim obtained her primary medical degree, a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB), and commenced her medical practice in Australia in 1994. She subsequently completed her postgraduate training to become a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). In addition to her fellowship, she holds a Certificate in Women's Health. Demonstrating a strong commitment to the advancement of the medical profession, she has served as an Examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and contributes to the education of future doctors as a Conjoint Lecturer for medical students at a prominent Australian university.

In her daily practice, Dr Ibrahim specialises in a wide range of general medicine areas, with particular expertise in women's health, mental health, and weight loss management. She is also highly skilled in paediatric care, aged care, and managing work-related injuries under WorkCover.
