Dr Ali Zahedi

Dr Ali Zahedi is a highly dedicated General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a strong commitment to family medicine, he supports patients through all stages of life, focusing on preventative health and long-term wellbeing. His clinical approach is characterised by thoroughness and reassurance, ensuring that every patient receives personalised attention tailored to their unique healthcare needs.

Dr Zahedi completed his initial medical degree in 1994 and went on to achieve his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2002. He has pursued extensive postgraduate education, earning a Diploma of Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery and a Dermatoscopy Diploma from the Skin Cancer College of Australasia, as well as a Professional Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine. As a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, he has also contributed to the medical community as an Examiner, Supervisor, and Trainer for medical students.

In addition to general family medicine, Dr Zahedi has a particular interest in Men's Health, chronic disease management, and cosmetic medicine. He is recognised for his advanced skills in dermatology and skin cancer medicine, being the first General Practitioner in the state to receive official recognition from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners for extended skills in Dermatology. He is an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor, performing thorough skin checks and precise skin cancer surgeries to ensure early detection and optimal patient outcomes.
