Dr Ali Toufaili

Dr Ali Toufaili is a highly regarded Consultant Cardiologist who provides comprehensive cardiac care to patients in the Sydney region. With a commitment to delivering compassionate and reassuring patient support, he has established a strong reputation in both the public and private healthcare sectors. Throughout his career, Dr Toufaili has been deeply involved in clinical Cardiology practice, diagnostic reporting, and medical education, ensuring his patients receive the highest standard of cardiovascular care.

Dr Toufaili completed his medical education at the University of Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with Honours in 1995. He subsequently undertook his Physician's training, followed by advanced training in Cardiology at a major public hospital in Sydney. In 2004, he was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). Additionally, he is an accredited Level B Specialist in CT Coronary Angiography (CTCA), reflecting his expertise in advanced cardiac imaging.

In his clinical practice, Dr Toufaili focuses on general clinical Cardiology, heart failure management, and non-invasive diagnostic testing. He has extensive experience in reporting echocardiography and CTCA scans, which are vital for the accurate diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease. Alongside his clinical duties, he has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the Director of a Coronary Care Unit, and is actively involved in teaching and mentoring the next generation of medical professionals.
