Dr Alexandra Colman

Dr Alexandra Colman is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families. She takes a holistic approach to healthcare, ensuring that each patient receives a tailored care plan that addresses their unique physical and emotional well-being. Dr Colman is committed to delivering evidence-based medical care in a reassuring and non-judgemental environment, helping patients navigate their health journeys with confidence.

With a strong focus on family medicine, Dr Colman has developed particular clinical interests in women's health and children's health. Her practice encompasses a wide range of general medicine services, including preventative healthcare, chronic disease management, and mental health support. She is passionate about supporting families through all stages of life, offering expert guidance on reproductive health, sexual health, and childhood development.

Dr Colman completed her medical education at the University of Newcastle, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2015. To further her expertise in her areas of interest, she obtained a National Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health in 2020 and a Diploma in Child Health in 2021. She is a recognised Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), having achieved fellowship in 2019.
