Dr Akm Uddin

Dr Akm Uddin is a highly dedicated Respiratory and Sleep Medicine Physician who provides comprehensive care for patients experiencing a wide range of lung and sleep-related conditions. Dr Uddin obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and subsequently completed his basic Physician training and advanced training in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine at several major tertiary hospitals and research centres in Victoria. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP), reflecting his advanced expertise and commitment to ongoing professional development. To further his clinical knowledge, he also completed a specialised clinical research fellowship in lung and sleep medicine.

In his clinical practice, Dr Uddin specialises in diagnosing and managing complex respiratory conditions, with a particular interest in difficult-to-treat asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and vocal cord dysfunction.
