Dr. Ajay Chauhan

Dr. Ajay Chauhan is an Australian-trained Specialist Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Chauhan is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Chauhan is passionate about reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, especially for patients following cancer treatment. Dr. Chauhan works extensively with other specialists to help solve problems in many different fields.

Dr. Chauhan believes that plastic surgery requires a broad skill set, including empathy, judgement, creativity, and precision. Dr. Chauhan completed formal training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Brisbane, obtaining their Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Dr. Chauhan then worked as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Melbourne. Post-fellowship training in France, Germany, India, and the USA has further enhanced their practice, and they continue to learn from world experts while sharing their expertise with younger plastic surgeons in training.
