Dr Adam Bartlett

Dr Adam Bartlett is a highly dedicated Paediatrician and Paediatric Infectious Diseases Specialist who provides comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents. With a reassuring and patient-centred approach, he focuses on diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic childhood infections. Dr Bartlett is committed to supporting families through complex medical journeys, offering expert guidance on preventative health measures, immunisations, and tailored management strategies to ensure the long-term well-being of his young patients.

In his clinical practice, Dr Bartlett addresses diverse paediatric health concerns, ranging from acute febrile illnesses and unexplained rashes to chronic or recurring infections. He possesses specialised expertise in managing complex conditions such as paediatric HIV, hepatitis B, syphilis, and neglected tropical diseases. Additionally, he provides vital antenatal and postnatal counselling to help prevent and manage infections in newborns, ensuring that families receive clear, evidence-based advice during critical stages of development.

Dr Bartlett completed his medical training with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. Committed to advancing his knowledge in global health, he also obtained a Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy that evaluated health outcomes for adolescents. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Alongside his clinical work, Dr Bartlett contributes to the medical community as an Adjunct Lecturer and a Senior Research Fellow, actively participating in national and international research programmes dedicated to improving paediatric healthcare.
