Dr Aaron Tan

Dr Aaron Tan is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive medical care to patients and their families. Dr Tan completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of New South Wales in 1997, alongside a Bachelor of Science (Medicine). He completed his internship and residency training at a major metropolitan hospital before pursuing further postgraduate qualifications. In 2000, he obtained a Diploma from the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He then undertook specialist training in General Practice, achieving his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2003. Dr Tan is also actively involved in medical education, serving as a General Practitioner Supervisor to help train and mentor the next generation of Family Physicians.

Throughout his career, Dr Tan has developed a diverse range of clinical interests, with particular expertise in paediatric medicine and family health. His postgraduate training included dedicated terms in paediatric medicine at leading children's hospitals, providing him with invaluable experience in managing acute and chronic childhood illnesses. In addition to children's health, Dr Tan has a strong focus on obstetrics, gynaecology, and preventative medicine, allowing him to offer comprehensive care to patients at all stages of life.
