The reception staff is always helpful and accommodating with appointments. When at the rooms, Dr Garbowski and his team, are always friendly and welcoming.
Dr Garbowski and his team - especially Courtney - very graciously went to a great deal of trouble to fit me in and order urgent tests because I was going away. Dr Garbowski is a master of his art!
One or two extra staff for early appointments would make the wait time less
It is always a positive experience. Doctor is pleasant and thorough. Staff are friendly and helpful.

As a service experience I found my 3 visits to the clinic very disappointing. There is a lot of focus is on purchasing, billing and charging, but not much of a focus on creating a positive, genuine customer experience. eg greeting patients, advising on parking, checking to see if you're ok before leaving the clinic after the procedures (I found this alarming and showing a complete lack of care). The appt with Marek was rushed - he is obviously busy and that is felt. He didn't seem interested to ask questions in the follow up, and minimised concerns about other problem areas arising since the treatment, that were not there prior. On the day of my procedure, he didn't have an assistant and some veins were missed - and he brushed this off in my follow up by saying to come in at another time and he would address. I have since been to another specialist for a review. This specialist asked me what my scans looked like before and after, to try and ascertain the progress - no scans were taken by Marek. In summary I lost confidence in this entire service and staff, and would not return or recommend.
