I was asked to come in early way b4 my appt time at 1.40 on 9th Sept. I arrived at around 11 am and was not seen br Dr untill 2.15. In that waiting time no staff member came to speak to me about the hold up. I approached the front desk to ask but no one coukd enlighten me as to the delay. I nearly left but as i had made my visit there from the southcoast i decided to stay.

Amazing! Dr Bala, the receptionist staff and the clinicians were all top tier in their service and speed.
