I was asked to come in early way b4 my appt time at 1.40 on 9th Sept. I arrived at around 11 am and was not seen br Dr untill 2.15. In that waiting time no staff member came to speak to me about the hold up. I approached the front desk to ask but no one coukd enlighten me as to the delay. I nearly left but as i had made my visit there from the southcoast i decided to stay.
Post op follow up appointment, staff was friendly and accomodating for my schedule
Amazing! Dr Bala, the receptionist staff and the clinicians were all top tier in their service and speed.
Regular check ups over many years and cataract surgery last year (at Parramatta).
I like the location, CBD is easy to travel for me. The setting and the waiting area is spacious, pleasant and comfortable. (Can’t remember whether there was music. The toilet was not locked. Wifi is available. Receptionists were friendly.
