She was very patient in explaining to me regarding a few situations eg “has my upper bleph surgery interfered with my tear ducts/melbomian glands”. She also explained the eye drop treatment plan very thoroughly. And why Maxidex must stop after two weeks. She also wants to evaluate my situations in three months. This shows she really cares about the outcome of her treatment plan. In other cases i was told “you should improve with these drops… see me if you are unhappy…”
Thanks so much for your positive review, much appreciated
