Appointment time given to patient was different to what was given to staff. Had to wait three quarters of an hour for surgery to open.
Professional but friendly staff ensured that each procedure went ahead with no problems or hold-ups. Great care was taken to ensure privacy, accurate identification and that I understood what was planned.
