Happy with services provided by doctors and other staff. I would recommend to visit this clinic.

OVERALL good service

Wait time was very long due to reception not entering my details even though I had an appointment set.

I always enjoyed visiting HeartWest. Making an appointment or changing the dates are handled very professionally.

Facilities are excellent, receptionist are friendly and helpful. Seatings comfortable.

Can’t believe we cannot ring and make an appointment. The voicemail advises they have moved to St. Albans, but apparently has not. Very confusing!

Couldn’t fault the service, and making me feel at ease!

I had an appoinment made 12 months earlier. I arrived at 8.45am and I wasn't seen that day. I was told by reception staff that there was a car/traffic problem delaying my doctor but was not subsequently kept informed as to when the doctor would arrive. I eventually left at 10.20am. I had travelled 20 km in each direction for my appointment. Reception staff offered no apology. I have since left the clinic.
