Excellent service

I am doing this Survey for Bertram Lamb, I cannot praise Heart West Enough. The Professional Medical team Are a credit to all.

Dr Jones, is lovely, explains things very well.

I have waited 50mins and more to get through on the phone only to be cut off. This has happened multiple times. I've left messages only to never be called back by reception staff. My doctor has always called back if I've needed him. The girls in reception ignore you and often talk among themselves. Very poor service.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly reception staff and everyone was friendly and had a great sense of humour. Thanks Sangeeta to make it stress free.

The person that preformed my ultrasound was extremely friendly and put me at ease, as getting this procedure can be very uncomfortable as a women you are exposed. He made me very relaxed and felt safe and comfortable. Very professional and friendly. The wait time was reasonable.

Outstanding treatment

The receptionist spoke to me whilst on a call. There after l was left to guess wether her question was to myself or the caller as there was a lack of eye contact. On returning my monitor, as l walked out of the lift a passing staff member saw the monitor and said to me as she took the monitor, l'll take that. I had wanted to ask a question but the opportunity wasn't there.
