Staff super friendly made me feel relaxed. Hospital was clean and all chairs, equipment in waiting room was well presented I liked the fact that I went into a private room to complete paperwork with the nurse. Chelsea was excellent, could not fault her manner. Well done Maryvale...a great experience

Excellent care

My GP suggested an appointment with Caroline South for my child’s anaemia and fussy eating. I was able to quickly secure an appointment. Caroline was friendly and thorough and provided excellent advice. With the iron supplement and other tips suggested by Caroline, my child is thriving and his fussy eating has improved beyond what I thought was possible.

Long wait time for procedure. Hospital understaffed, night nurses in ward overworked

Receptionist, Sonia at Oran Park is amazing! So lovely, caring, efficient and knows how to provide top level customer sevice and always with a friendly smile. Definitely deserves recognition for her efforts, maybe even a pay rise as people like her are a rare find these days. Dr David is also an amazingly caring person.

We have always had a pleasant experience at this clinic regardless of whether we attend the Mona Vale branch or St Leonards branch. Staff behind the desk are lovely and easy to deal with. Dr Winter and Nanette have been wonderful to deal with during a rather difficult time with my fathers bladder cancer. We would highly recommend them.
