Overall very good with one negative. That was because I am on blood thinning medicine, my cardiologist said it is the surgeon who should be contacting him to discuss this, not the patient . However I spent 6 calls trying to get this resolved.

Receptionist, Sonia at Oran Park is amazing! So lovely, caring, efficient and knows how to provide top level customer sevice and always with a friendly smile. Definitely deserves recognition for her efforts, maybe even a pay rise as people like her are a rare find these days. Dr David is also an amazingly caring person.
