الدكتور فينود كومار سينغال هو جراح جهاز هضمي مؤهل تدرب في معهد رائد في الهند. لديه خبرة تزيد عن عقد من الزمان كجراح عام استشاري قبل انتقاله إلى الإمارات العربية المتحدة في عام 2010، حيث يقدم الرعاية الجراحية للسكان منذ ذلك الحين. وهو حاصل على دبلوم جامعي في جراحة الجهاز الهضمي العامة وبالمنظار من فرنسا، وحصل على تدريب ما بعد الدكتوراه في جراحة الجهاز الهضمي، بما في ذلك زراعة الكبد.

كما أنه مدرب على جراحات السمنة وكان عضواً نشطاً في الجمعية الوطنية لجراحة السمنة في الهند OSSI لعدة سنوات. يحمل الدكتور فينود شهادة من المجلس الأوروبي للجراحة، وحصل على تقدير من مختلف الكليات الملكية في المملكة المتحدة في إنجلترا وغلاسكو وأيرلندا، والاتحاد الأوروبي، والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والهند لمساهماته في مجال الجراحة وخبرته السريرية. كما يشغل منصب ممتحن فخري للمجالس الجراحية الدولية وحاصل على ماجستير في إدارة المستشفيات.
