Despite the best work of Dr. Hesham, the rest of my clinic experience when I was after the surgery is terrible. Waiting time for the nurse to come when I need, waiting time for my requests to be followed up and the discharge process are subject to be improved. I would never visit this clinic anymore if my doctor is not here. The patients come to the hospital because they are sick, especially after the surgery they need more empathy. If staff is not ready to be empathetic, they shouldn’t work at the clinic assisting people in need.
