He is very professional, soft spoken, accomodating, lenient, kind and receptive doctor. He has a very kind care on his patient in my opinion as one of his recent outpatient.

His behavior was so rude to me , he said why come here to see me without a referral and said don’t come to me next time also he criticized my insurance

I have been seeing Dr. Vinod for the past 11 years, and he has always been the same—welcoming, attentive, and a great listener. He genuinely cares about my health and always provides excellent care. Of course, he does get a little annoyed when I don't follow my diet, but that's because he truly wants the best for his patients. I highly appreciate his dedication and support over the years.

It is ok with the doctor, we had an issue with her nurse. After the blood test the nurse told us that we can leave and she will call for appoint for MRI, we are already in the lift that time and its a good thing I remember about the medicine. I go back to the nurse station again to ask her and she said she forgot. What is this what if we already left the vicinity??? Secondly around 3 pm she called us and informed that we need to go for ultrasound at al mizhar and should be there within 3-4 pm. We reached al mizhar around 3:40-3:45 approached the reception and guess what nothing was forwarded there is no request for ultrasound!!! We have to call back al garhoud again to inform that we are here and there is no request for ultrasound since report was not forwarded! After calling them again and they had provided we have to wait for 2 hrs for ultrasound since we are sent here as walk in! He told us that it will take time but didnt inform us that it will take 2 hrs. We have lots of things to do and waiting time of 2 hrs is precious for us, we can still do lots of things by then. Why the need for ultrasound anyways when we are told by Dr Vinod that we require to do MRI????
