Ms Zuzanna Matras

Zuzanna Matras is a highly skilled and experienced osteopath dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centred care. She earned her Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy in London in 2020, where her research explored the connection between TMJ (jaw) dysfunction and tinnitus.

Zuzanna holds a postgraduate certificate in specialist paediatric osteopathic practice and has worked in a variety of specialist clinics, including the Expectant Mothers Clinic and the Blanchard Clinic for HIV patients. She is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and is a member of several respected professional bodies, including the Institute of Osteopathy, the Royal Society of Medicine, the College of Medicine and Integrative Health, and Practical Medicine Poland.

Her areas of specialism include paediatric osteopathy, general osteopathy, dry needling and medical acupuncture, pre- and post-natal care, and the treatment of TMJ and knee-related injuries or disorders. She also integrates kinesiotaping, sports massage therapy, and aromatherapy into her practice to provide a comprehensive and personalised approach to healing.

Zuzanna has a particular passion for treating chronic pain conditions, cervical spine dysfunction, and TMJ injuries, and she is especially experienced in supporting children through their developmental milestones, as well as helping mothers during pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

In 2024, Zuzanna's clinic was recognised as a finalist in the Institute of Osteopathy (iO) Awards in the Practice of the Year (Sole Practitioner) category. Through a combination of advanced clinical knowledge, holistic techniques, and genuine care, Zuzanna continues to help patients of all ages achieve better health and wellbeing.
