I would like to leave some feedback about my appointment with Dr Iqbal. His advice has made a huge difference to both my physical and mental health. After speaking with him, I have completely stopped drinking alcohol and I am now exercising regularly. I had previously been advised not to run anymore, which had made me feel scared about exercise, but Dr Iqbal gave me clear, knowledgeable and reassuring advice. I can now run and exercise without feeling frightened, and that has had such a positive impact on my wellbeing. Before seeing Dr Iqbal, I felt I had been really scared by the advice I was given at a previous hospital. Speaking to him was completely different. He clearly knew what he was talking about, explained things properly, and said exactly what I needed to hear. I felt so much better even after just one conversation with him knowing I was in safe hands, and what he said has genuinely made a huge difference to my health and confidence. I would also like to say that the whole team are brilliant. The processes in place are excellent, from arranging the appointment, to the organisation of blood tests, to the clear treatment and follow-up process. Everything felt well managed and reassuring. The staff on the phone are knowledgeable, polite and take the time to help you. I was also able to access my blood test results when requested, and this was dealt with professionally and kindly. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the care, reassurance and support I have received from Dr Iqbal and the wider team.
Went to see Dr Iqbal yesterday evening for the second time and he is really good at supporting me in my thyroid journey. He explains everything really well, and really informative.
As always Dr Iqbal was very clear and understanding regarding his explanation of my diagnosis. His manner could not be more pleasant and professional. He included my wife to discuss our domestic situation and our ability to cope. We could not be more delighted with the way we are treated., as we have been since day one.
Dr Iqbal was very friendly and professional. He's caring and instigated a discussion with Haematology about my blood to see whether I can have HRT and he had feedback from them today. I'm very pleased at the outcome and if it wasn't for Dr Iqbal, I wouldn't have that option open to me.
Upon meeting Dr Iqbal for the 1st time,I immediately felt at ease in his company. He didn't use too much jargon, everything was explained very clearly with interesting focused comments which were directly applicable to me.
Option 3 (Review Style) Always love seeing Zohaib. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and offer sensible, advice. Following my latest endocrinology review, we discussed and appreciated the clear guidance on the way forward. Highly recommended and deserves a raise ;)
My questions were answered satisfactorily; all but one, so I have requested another blood test.
Very clear explanations from Dr Iqbal. He's been handling my case very well so far. I definitely feel I'm in good hands. Many thanks.
DR.IQBAL. Gave me time to speak and answer any questions I had ; was very clear about options and had a very nice approachable manner .
