Mr Zakir Shariff

Mr Zakir Shariff is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon specialising in plastic and reconstructive surgery, hand surgery and paediatric plastic surgery. His clinical interests include carpal tunnel syndrome, ganglion cysts, trigger finger, Dupuytren's contracture, skin lesions, skin cancers, abdominoplasty, breast reduction, liposuction and arm reduction.

Mr Shariff graduated from Gulbarga University, India, in 1995. He subsequently undertook postgraduate training leading to a Master's in Surgery at Mysore Medical College, followed by a basic surgical rotation in Blackpool and specialist plastic surgery training across units in the Yorkshire Deanery. He later completed a fellowship in hand surgery at Northern General Hospital in Sheffield and attained a Diploma in Hand Surgery.

Mr Shariff has presented and published several articles.
