Dr Zaib was very gentle and patient with me. I had a traumatic experience with a dental treatment as a child and have always felt teary sitting in a dentists chair but she reassured me and gave me a really good experience. She was calm throughout and took time to explain each stage of the treatment; even warning me when I would experience pain so I could prepare for it.

Dr Zaib was very clear on the treatment I required. I was stressed after breaking my tooth but Dr Zaib fixed it and I could finally eat normally

I would like to thank the dentist for the excellent care and outstanding service. My son was extremely frightened before his treatment, but she was so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She made sure he was comfortable at every stage and took great care to ensure he did not feel pain, especially when administering the injection.
