Ms Yaneena Cuthbert

Ms. Yaneena Cuthbert is a skilled physiotherapist with a passion for helping her patients achieve their health and fitness goals. She graduated from Plymouth University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy. Her early career involved working in the Buckinghamshire NHS Trust, where she gained experience in various areas, including the National Spinal Cord Injury unit, trauma and orthopaedics, and musculoskeletal patients.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms Cuthbert took on the role of a respiratory physiotherapist in intensive care and rehabilitation. In 2021, she resumed her work in private practice, providing specialised care to her patients.

In 2022, she joined HCA Healthcare UK on a part-time basis, expanding her expertise in the field. She brings her passion for sports and physical activity into her profession by spending her weekends with a rugby team, where she currently serves as the Team Lead Physiotherapist for Belsize Park Rugby Club. Her own involvement in long-distance athletics, including completing triathlons and the London Marathon, has given her a unique understanding of treating sporting injuries and overuse injuries, as well as mechanical back and neck pain.

Ms Cuthbert’s approach to patient care is holistic and goal-oriented. She designs personalised evidence-based exercise programs, incorporating pilates and mobility exercises, to help her patients achieve their individualised health and fitness objectives. Her commitment to evidence-based practice ensures that her treatment methods are effective and tailored to each patient's needs.

With a focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy, rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, and sports injuries, Ms Cuthbert is dedicated to helping her patients overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being. Her expertise and passion for her profession make her a valuable asset to the healthcare team, and her patients benefit from her compassionate and knowledgeable care.
