My appointment was on time The consultant was very welcoming He gave me clear information He made a plan for my ongoing treatment.. And took time to make sure I understood everything..

I accompanied my father to see Dr Waseem Mulhem and was extremely pleased with the experience. Dr Mulhem was professional, knowledgeable and approachable, taking the time to listen carefully, understand my father's concerns and explain everything clearly. What particularly stood out was his patience, empathy and reassuring manner. He made my father feel comfortable throughout the consultation, and we never felt rushed. He took the time to address all our questions and explain the available options with genuine care and attention.
