Dr. Vian Hurle is an experienced General Practitioner (GP) with qualifications in occupational health, lifestyle medicine, women's health, contraceptive implant/coils fitting, and menopause care. She co-founded Hexagon Health Ltd., where she offers tailored healthcare to address the root causes of symptoms and promote long-term health without relying on prescribed medication when possible.

Dr. Hurle became particularly interested in lifestyle medicine after managing a demanding career and family life, which led her to make significant changes to her own lifestyle. Through this personal transformation, she reduced her own risks of osteoporosis, cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and dementia. This experience has shaped her holistic approach to patient care, focusing on preventive health and empowering patients to make informed choices about their wellbeing.
