As pleasant as a visit to the hygienist can be.

Verity (and her assistant) are a pleasure to "work" with. Everything is explained if required, I feel party to the discussion about my situation and things I need to do.

V talked me through the process of what she was going to do and how she'd do it. Although she he has a very gentle and calm manner, I am not someone who gets freaked out by going to the dentist so am generally pretty chilled in the chair!
