I feel very safe with Vedika’s care. With her help the back pain I suffered for almost 4 years prior to treatment has gone, except for the occasional ache and I feel confident that I will be able to build up my core and leg muscles to prevent further damage and maintain my independence.

I was suffering from acute lower back pain, my muscles were spasming every time I moved and I was unable to bend. I had an initial consultation with Vedika who quickly identified the problem and started addressing them through manipulation, use of a tens machine and recommending the right exercises for me to do at home. After a further four sessions over the next two weeks with further manipulation and recommended exercise regimes my back fully recovered. I would highly recommend Vedika.
