Travis Masters

Travis Masters is a highly experienced Senior Physiotherapist and Rehab Physio who brings a deep, first-hand understanding of athletic performance to his clinical practice. As a former rugby player, he completed a Bachelor's in Sports and Exercise Science, a Master's in Exercise Physiology, and a Master's in Physiotherapy at The University of Queensland, alongside qualifications in Elite Player-Welfare, Advanced Dry Needling, a Diploma in Football Medicine, and Pitch-Side Rugby Trauma Certifications.

He currently practices across London at Six Physio (Fitzrovia) treating complex musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on contact sports biomechanics. Drawing on his exeperience providing freelance physiotherapy across Tennis Australia, International Touch Football, the ICFA Cricket World Cup, and Freestyle/Alpine Snowboarding Circuits.

Rooted in addressing underlying causes rather than symptoms alone, Travis emphasises active exercise rehabilitation, whole-chain kinetic conditioning, early intervention, and smart load management. His tailored programs build genuine athletic resilience by targeting motor control, neck endurance, fatigue resistance, controlled resisted rotation, and progressive axial load tolerance to prevent re-injury.
