Suzanne was very helpful, put me at ease and answered all my queries that I had, in detail.
I paid £125 for a telephone appointment. The Dr was 10 mins late and was barely 10 mins on the phone to me. I didn’t feel like she really listened to my concerns or answer my questions regarding how progesterone is making me feel very depressed. I asked whether I need to take antidepressants again and she just advised to double the dose on a shorter time frame. I didn’t feel the appointment was value for money and was the Dr was rushed and not interested. Disappointed
