I was in a lot of pain due to a very bad ear infection and busted eardrum was kept awake due to the pain but once had the operation it’s changed my life back to normal way no pain and was able to sleep with out hearing buzzing noise in my head so if you need to have this operation make sure that you get it done

Very friendly, took time to carefully explain risks, benefits, symptoms and causes to me. Weighed up all my personal criteria carefully. Suggested things for me to do that I'm already regularly trying so unfortunately no more lifestyle changes left to help the issue
