Dr Steven Liggins

Mr. Steven Liggins is a highly experienced oral and maxillofacial consultant surgeon with over 35 years of experience in his field. He holds an honours degree in Biochemistry and has built a career in both military and civilian medical practice.

Beginning his medical journey with the Royal Navy in 1984, he rose to the rank of Surgeon Commander before retiring to take up a senior consultant position at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, University of Birmingham. Since leaving military service, he has worked as a visiting consultant surgeon in both private and NHS hospitals across the UK and internationally. As a dedicated educator, he also serves as a surgical trainer for surgeons in training.

With a strong entrepreneurial drive, Mr. Liggins established his own independent surgical and cosmetic practice in 1997, specialising in facial plastic surgery and hair restoration. Alongside his surgical expertise, he has developed significant knowledge in hormone treatments for various health conditions, including hair loss and low testosterone, making him a key figure in advanced medical and aesthetic treatments.
